What you need to know before returning goods

1. We will NOT accept any returns for merchandise that is damaged during the installation process.

2. All returns must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition to be considered for a return.

3. Defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. and we will make arrangements for replacement product and return of defective product.

4. If the goods are damaged due to our error in shipment or during transit, we will pay for the return shipping costs and send the customer a courier note with payment already made.If the customer purchased the wrong item or no longer needs the item, the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

How do I exchange?

If the item you purchased is not to your liking, you can contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving the item for an exchange. You only need to pay the shipping fee for returning the item and 10% of the order price as compensation for shipping losses.

 

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

1. Any and all returns must be requested and authorized within 10 days of receipt of order.

2. Any return that is requested for reasons other then an error on our part will be charged freight both ways and YOU are responsible, For the return of goods due to our error, we shall be responsible for the return freight.

How soon can I get a refund?

Once we receive the returned goods, we will hand them over to the warehouse for inspection (this process usually takes 1-2 business days). Once the warehouse confirms that the goods inside the package are correct, we will immediately refund the payment channel.Due to delays in the payment channel, the refund will be returned to your account within 1-3 business days.

How do I make a return ?

1. Before returning the product, contact us via email support@DCHtruck.com , and send us pictures of the product and packaging with the email so that we can confirm the product status. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.


2. After getting the return permit, get the RMA through e-mail, and then go to the local post office to select the appropriate transportation method for return. The name of the consignee is the RMA number, so that we can identify the package you returned.(Please do not send it back to the original address. For return, please contact us to obtain the return address)

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out
